Introduction of chromium-free zinc aluminum coating

Zinc-aluminum coating is a new type of environmentally friendly metal surface treatment technology developed on the basis of zinc-chromium coating (ie Dacromet), also known as chromium-free zinc-aluminum coating or chromium-free Dacromet.

Zinc-aluminum coating is an inorganic anti-corrosion coating whose main component is scaly zinc formed by dipping, brushing or spraying water-based chromium-free zinc-aluminum paint on the surface of steel parts or components.

In recent years, domestic and international requirements that metal protective coatings must not contain metallic lead and chromium in order to protect the environment and the recovery and recycling of related products have become the development trend of modern coating protection technology. As the zinc-aluminum coating does not add heavy metals chromium and lead, there is no exhaust gas emission during the production process, so it is a real green environmental protection coating.

1. Excellent corrosion resistance

Under humid tropical ocean and industrial atmospheric conditions, its protective performance is several times or even dozens of times higher than that of electro-galvanized, electro-cadmium, and hot-dip galvanized protective layers.

2.No hydrogen embrittlement

Due to the high-temperature baking and forming process, the zinc-aluminum coating does not produce crisp problems during the construction process, which is better than the electroplating process, so it is very suitable for high-strength bolts, springs and other steel parts with tensile strength Rm≥1000N/mm² Surface protection.

3.High weather resistance

It can withstand the erosion of sulfur dioxide, acid rain, smoke and dust. Its sulfur dioxide resistance test can reach 3 cycles.

4.Wide application and recoating performance

       It can be widely used in the surface protection of steel, cast iron, aluminum and its alloys, iron-based powder metallurgy and other materials.
