Wang Yuan pointed out that the main leaders of the 715 Institute are very concerned about the company’s product delivery and annual major economic indicators, and put forward four specific requirements. All departments of the company must strictly control costs, including but not limited to: procurement and outsourcing must attach great importance to cost control and payment; non-productive expenses must be strictly controlled, and expenses must be strictly controlled; costs must be strictly controlled in accordance with the requirements of the group company’s cost engineering. Fangfang achieves cost reduction and efficiency enhancement; third, all production units must strictly follow the delivery plan of the production management department, accelerate the pace of production, and accelerate the delivery progress under the premise of ensuring quality, especially the horizontal products of the 715 Institute.
